What sizes do you carry? TOP

The majority of our items are now only sold in newborn size. We are going to incorporate larger sizes in the very near future. Please check back on the site, join our facebook page or email us for more information.

How long does it take to receive my order? TOP

 Our current turn around time is 10-12 BUSINESS DAYS. (MAY BE MORE IF YOU ORDER DURING A SALE) All US orders are shipped USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days travel time). All international orders can take up to 14-21 BUSINESS days and varies due to customs. All international orders are shipped USPS First class International.

Can I cancel/return my order? TOP

All items are custom made when ordered. Due to the extent in creating each item, all SALES ARE FINAL. We will however correct any mistakes made on our behalf.

How much is shipping? TOP

All US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail (2-3) day delivery service. These times are not guarenteed and often USPS packages take small detours. All US orders are shipped through paypal and have delivery confirmation included.

Shipping Rates are as follows for US orders:

0.01-30.00     $5.95

30.01-75.00    $7.95

75.01-125.00   $9.95

125.01-175.00  $10.95

175.01-and up   $14.95

International rates vary from 6.95-14.95 depending on weight and destination.


Mudpies & Pigtails Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will not issue a credit for any packages returned to us, and do reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses. Please make sure your paypal address is updated and current as we are not responsible for lost packages once we ship to your paypal address. We ship to paypal addresses ONLY!!

All International orders are shipped via 1st class USPS. These orders do have to go through customs and can take anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks to arrive. (please note this ship time is in addition to the current make time posted above)

At this time we are unable to offer our handcrafted items at wholesale prices.

Do you accept custom orders? TOP

Yes, we love custom orders. If you don't see something in the size you need, please contact us with your ideas/requests and we will do our best to accomodate your needs!

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We process all payments through PayPal. Any debit card, or major credit card is accepted even if you do not have a paypal account. We do not accept money orders, cash or personal checks at this time.
